Oh how 😖 the bad weather on Friday colliding with meeting a friend for lunch…it certainly feels like batten down the hatches as @lucielle says but then you miss being with someone #mentalwellbeing

I’ve been out today feeling much better despite the bitter cold… now in bed with a cat hot water bottle

Hope the storm isn’t as bad as you fear 🤞 I always have a hair mask on a Sunday morning. I leave it on for around 20 minutes and put a shower cap over it to retain the warmth. My cats still look at me in alarm despite it being a regular thing 😆
Is it the hat though? One of our cats totally freaks out if either of us has a hat on - like he can’t recognise us as us! Silly things! 😻

Now the storm has been upgraded to a red warning. No lunch tomorrow me thinks.
That's disappointing but better to be safe.  Exciting about the kitchen coming soon too :)

  • I’m also in red warning area beanie, I knew we were in same country but we must be (relatively) close! Tomorrow definitely a day to stay home and keep cosy
