    As at 15.08.25:
    - When bought house £315,995 mortgage debt and end date at start = October 2039 - now £232,244
    - OPs to mortgage = £12,148  Interest saved £5,738 to date
    Fixed rate 3.85% ends October 2030

    Read 44 books of target 52 in 2025, as @ 21st August
    Produce tracker: £353 of £300 in 2025

    I am a refusnik.  What were they thinking.  He is a criminal.  There are a lot of Americans I am feeling quite sorry for at the moment & some I think well you got what you asked for.  Expect a boom in the price of high end property in London.

    I’m with you beanie, plan on battening down the hatches. 
    I treated myself to some hair mask as mine was feeling like straw. It seemed to help when I remember to use it.
