That's great news. At least you've had lodgers before so know what to expect. I hope it all goes well and it gives you peace of mind having someone else in the house should you need help in an emergency.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping) -.literally have been run over by a bike, mobility scooter and a car - still here 💪4
