Hi Beanie, I was just thinking there are some tips and advice you can get on the web regarding lodgers:- Taking in a Lodger? Download our free guide | SpareRoom

That is an example of what you can find - spare room have a whole section for live in landlords, in the help section.

One example is when the new potential lodger comes to your house do they offer to take off their shoes, this is a sign of respect. etc etc.

P.S All completely free - even to advertise your room!
Mission Number One: Get a job!
Mission Number Two: Get a lodger!
Mission Number Three: Clear debt, starting balance: £1997.17, balance now: £1997.17
Once accomplished all three come back and start new missions!

Lovely person who is going to move in at the weekend.  This money will be used solely towards paying down the smaller loan.
Fantastic, congratulations, well done Beanie, that is great news. May your journey together be filled with hope and happinessXX
