Still mulling everything over. I think I will have to cut allocation of hours.
This means reducing the help you get at home? This is so pointless… 😢 As Astrocytic_kitten says, how short sighted is it …

It really is but I just can’t magic the money out of nowhere. Realistically can I go 12 to 18 months never going for a coffee with friends & buying no clothes or shoes.
Choosing between valuable support and the basics of a social life or clothing just demonstrate how wrong everything is.  I'm sorry you have to deal with this.  Is there any way you could go to your MP and see if they can do anything?
    It sucks.

@beanielou this really sucks.  I'm so sorry. I did go last year without buying new clothes (charity shop finds) but I also had a couple of splashes which were on my diary and I really could not have gone the year without going out for coffee and/or breakfast with friends.      That would be too tough.

I'm so sorry and wish there was something I could do  -  in fact I've just remembered that someone I know uses the buy me a coffee site and once you have settled more - I'll buy you a coffee on there if you ever set it up - in recognition of the support and love you have given me over the past year xx  (Its not a real coffee just a virtual one but you can then use the money to buy a coffee out xx)

    How lovely of you. Xx
