    - OPs to mortgage = £12,148  Interest saved £5,738 to date

    I really hope it works out positively for you. Could be an answer to both your prayers / chants.

    Good if it means you don't have to reduce your support hours and still have some money for the mini things that brighten your day.

    With the frequency of your falls - could definitely be a win in other ways too.
