    More hugs from me.

One of the things I am learning, is the great impact stress has on my fatigue.... hoping this weekend is filled with something relaxing and chilling to do.

    More hugs

Stress is terrible. It pretty much pushes everything else out of your head and makes logical thought impossible.

One of the tricks I have from my counselling is visualising a calm place. Mine is a beach in the North East. So I close my eyes and visualise walking along the beach, in amongst the dogs and under the pier. It helps me.

Fu,nnily enough I was at a meditation last night which was great.
I felt able to relax & felt almost pain free for a little while.

I just worry so much about what happens going forward.
I am less & less physically able which worries me & I feel more and more of a burden which isent great.
I worry about the mortgage and being able to pay it going forward.
I worry about the future for disabled people.

Thinking of you, beanie - feeling limited, and knowing what national policies are like, it's hard not to feel worried. Glad you went to meditation, thats a really good idea. I can't remember if you do that at home as well?

Glad you got something out of the meditation.

For the not so good stuff, all you can do is take it step by step, one day at a time xx
