    Hope today’s pain levels are lower. And if it makes you feel any better, I got up at 5.30am this morning to a rumble of thunder and biblical levels of rain …. just as I needed to deal with two litter trays!! 🙄😂😂

    - When bought house £315,995 mortgage debt and end date at start = October 2039 <gulp>, now £253,994, end date brought closer by 2 months  
    - OPs to mortgage = £5,965, Interest saved £2,124, to date
    - LTV 51% @ccord, 51% Yopa

    Talking of washing. I can no longer use the washing line to much advantage as my balance is so poor. It’s hard to hang washing using sticks. I can only go as far as the handrail. Any ideas?

    What about one of those outdoor airers that fold up? That’s all they seem to use in Spain. Then you could sit on a chair to hang the washing. 
    I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)
