Beanie, I'm sorry to hear you're struggling with it :( Would at least getting the paperwork together be a start, or have you already done that? Sometimes getting the phone numbers and who-said-what-and-when is a big part of the battle ...

What would help you to take the baby steps, do you know? Is it anything we can help you with? Or even the CAB?

Dodgy hugs, absolutely :grouphug: while also waving at Elli :)

I would second the CAB - it helps to let someone share the strain. Maybe after, Trading Standards.

It's probably only ex-BT employees who are loyal to them. I have dealt with them professionally as well as personally, and have found a lot of them to be a bunch of inept, lying (insert words rendered as !!!!! here)...

Sorry you are having so many hassles - I can fully understand you not wanting the hassle - it makes me so mad that folk who already have to use energies getting through every day should have to muster up extra to take on the big companies..... hugs from here too.

On a more positive note I have finally dug out(found!!!) the paperwork for the electricity rebate as I do want to chase that up as I have not heard further from then since I submitted my life history & shoe size.Last year I had been told I was getting the rebate before Christmas although it is not paid until March.
Not feeling too clever today so having a quiet day.
Also have muddled up my meds slightly so do not want to drive.
