Put it on a Word document and use the word count. You need to be brief and to the point. It will be a member of his private office who deals with it, although they might bring it to his attention if they feel the necessity. I’m pretty good at condensing so could help.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)4

‘I have been with Motabilitymany years and have never encountered such terrible service. I am unable to travel which has left me angry, upset and vulnerable.’ Not sure how condense you want or what you need to include…..January spends - £587.583

This page has the contact details for BoJo, number 10 and his twitter account. Personally, I would email him and tweet motability. Your email can set out all the problems or you could attach this as a diary of events and failures in a document to accompany a much shorter, sharper complaint.
And this page has Andrew Miller's email address - I would copy the email to him.
Alternatively write to a National Newspaper's troubleshooter. They might expect you to have contacted Motability again so they know how bad it is (giving them a chance to fail before it goes in a paper)Save £12k in 2025 #2 I am at £9586.01 out of £6000 after August (158.45%)
OS Grocery Challenge in 2025 I am at £2135.07/£3000 or 71.17% of my annual spend so far
I also Reverse Meal Plan on that thread and grow much of our own premium price fruit and veg, joining in on the Grow your own thread

Word count is a good tip. Also, you could include a timeline of the issues and your contact attempts as an annex.I like the troubleshooter idea too. The Guardian consumer champion info is below. We welcome letters but cannot answer individually. Email us at consumer.champions@theguardian.com or write to Consumer Champions, Money, the Guardian, 90 York Way, London N1 9GU. Please include a daytime phone number. I have sent a shorter email to BoJo & a longer slightly more detailed one to Andrew Miller.
I have emphasised that I have been driving an unsafe car for months & how this latest instalment is affecing my mental health & well being & ability to live my life as I would like due to not being provided with a small accessible automatic.

Well done. Really well done. I am not underestimating how much you have to steel yourself to send emails like that. I hate things like that but I make myself do it, because companies should not be allowed to hide behind a veneer of caring when it is all about them rather than their customers.
I bet it felt really good, banging those emails off to them. I am sure they will respond.
And you have the national newspapers or local news TV people left to escalate to if you need to name and shame if you don't get satisfaction.Save £12k in 2025 #2 I am at £9586.01 out of £6000 after August (158.45%)
