I am so so scunnered.
Not going to lie ths is affecting my mental health.
I am going round in circles, getting no where, people are lying to me & NO ONE is taking any responsibility.
I am the mug still paying for the bloody car every week.
I have to foot a bill at the dealership as no one will pay that.
So so scunnered.
Someone kindly gave me an email address after the first saga & to my shame I did not follow up the issue with motability operations or any other body ie goverment.
Does anyone know an easy way to search the thread?I am a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Mortgage Free Wannabe & Local Money Saving Scotland & Disability Money Matters. Suffolk_lass said:By the way, I just googled Motability Oversight and got this page and would draw your attention to this quote:
Scheme Oversight Committee
The Scheme Oversight Committee is chaired by by Ed Humpherson. The other members are David Hunter FCA, Dr Stephen Duckworth OBE and Professor Mala Rao.
Motability's oversight of Motability Operations Ltd ensures that the Scheme delivers value for money and a unique level of customer service to disabled people, in a sustainable manner. Each quarter, the Oversight Committee reviews Motability Operations Ltd's performance against contractual Key Performance Indicators related to customer service, affordability and sustainability, and appropriate actions are taken in the event of any shortfalls in performance.
I feel sure that if you felt you could summarise the issues with your car into a short email to The Prime Minister at his UK Parliament address it would be forwarded as a matter of urgency to the Motability CEO because Boris is a Patron of the Charity (instituted by Royal Charter) - his office will quickly route this to the right place for it to be looked at as you have had poor service from both the garage and Motability Operations

Great detective work there 👍 Take it to the top, don’t stand for any nonsense. You’ve received very shoddy service and it needs to be brought to the attention of someone higher.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)5

Is there anything we can do to help? Eg direct Twitter messages to the CEO?The local paper might also take up the issue and help put pressure on the garage, if you don't mind going public.RB xxDebt free May 2016... DFW#2 in progress
