The car saga continues.
My car is still sitting at the site where it failed its MOT over a week ago.
I am beyond dissapointed, angry, sad.
You name it, I feel it.
I have made yet another ofrficial compaint.
So much for it going back to the original repairers.............

That’s just dire….unbelievable 😡😡😡😡 I’m not surprised you’ve made another complaint. Is it worth getting an MP involved?

I am so so scunnered.
Not going to lie ths is affecting my mental health.
I am going round in circles, getting no where, people are lying to me & NO ONE is taking any responsibility.
I am the mug still paying for the bloody car every week.
I have to foot a bill at the dealership as no one will pay that.
So so scunnered.

Someone kindly gave me an email address after the first saga & to my shame I did not follow up the issue with motability operations or any other body ie goverment.
Does anyone know an easy way to search the thread?

Great detective work there 👍 Take it to the top, don’t stand for any nonsense. You’ve received very shoddy service and it needs to be brought to the attention of someone higher.

Is there anything we can do to help?  Eg direct Twitter messages to the CEO? 

The local paper might also take up the issue and help put pressure on the garage, if you don't mind going public.
