I am unsure if I want to go public or not.
Despite my rambling on here I am actually quite a private person.

Appreciated xxA lot of companies pay attention to Twitter messages as they know how fast their reputation can be lost if something blows up on there. I only really use my account for complaints! It might be worth a few minutes to try another route, if you already have an account. They do appear to have a monitored account for customer services https://twitter.com/MotabilityOps?ref_src=twsrc%5Egoogle%7Ctwcamp%5Eserp%7Ctwgr%5EauthorHappy to also send them a message telling them to sort it, if you wanted to PM name of garage or something else that will help them identify the problem.

I’ve recently had minor issues with a couple of companies and have commented on their FB adverts. Both times I got a response and the issue was sorted out straightaway. I think going via Twitter is a great idea.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)4

I'm so sorry you are having all this trouble, it stinks!
Another option would be to try the Resolver tool done by Martin Lewis. It's really good, and I've used it before: https://www.resolver.co.uk/
I'm happy to help too if you want some help drafting something or nagging on your behalf."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee3 -
Beanie,
this is beyond awful. I do hope you can go direct to Boris. I used to work for CS and can promise a question from an MP or even better PM will generate a very quick response. I think you have been treated appallingly.3 -
Thank you everyone so much.
I am just so tired of it all.
I know I need to do something to move things forward but I am running on empty.
