Suffolk_lass said:Well done. Really well done. I am not underestimating how much you have to steel yourself to send emails like that. I hate things like that but I make myself do it, because companies should not be allowed to hide behind a veneer of caring when it is all about them rather than their customers.
I bet it felt really good, banging those emails off to them. I am sure they will respond.
And you have the national newspapers or local news TV people left to escalate to if you need to name and shame if you don't get satisfaction.
Actually it did not feel good, I just felt sad I had been forced into thisI am a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Mortgage Free Wannabe & Local Money Saving Scotland & Disability Money Matters. I know you prefer to keep yourself private but this is just the sort of story local newspapers take up. Worth a thought if all else fails.Funny how we think about our dear departed parents advice. The most memorable advice my mum ever gave me was “never leave a man or a job until you’ve found a replacement” 🤣I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)4

You absolutely shouldn't have to do it Beanie, because it shouldn't happen in the first place. But I'm glad you did because I hope it will get your issues resolved and potentially spare others similar drama.Do keep us posted, I'm sure I'm not the only person who'd be happy to send the PM and CEO a telling off for this treatment of youDebt free May 2016... You definitely shouldn't need to do it, it makes me so cross on your behalf. I'll also happily send a rant to someone."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee4

Morning @beanielou. I wish I was more 'out there' when it comes to complaining about something but I'd hate to be in the papers etc. even though from reading what people have said, things seem to progress a lot quicker if you're more open to it. Have a good day. x
