I am pretty tired.
I overslept this morning & missed an appointment.
Still feeling a bit groggy.
Aiming for a very quiet weekend as obviously we will be right into Christmas next week.
Getting a new mattress delivered on Monday (I hope!!!) for the spare bed.
Feeling a bit teary this week.
Hopefully will pass soon.
Anyone got a link for half decent fingerless gloves.

Sorry to hear you're feeling a bit teary Beanie. Hope the appointment is one you can easily re-arrange. Hard to believe it's only 4 weeks until Christmas Day isn't it. The winter warmer packages your FB give out are a fantastic idea. xx3

These fingerless floves are brilliant, if you don't mind them being men's (medium fit me - I wear size 8 womens normally). The ones I have/had (not sure where) have a bit of velcro to hold the mitten bit back when you haven't got it over your fingers but it is still there if you want to keep the tips of your fingers warm. That polar fleece stuff is really good and they are washable, of courseSave £12k in 2025 #2 I am at £4863.32 out of £6000 after May (81.05%)
OS Grocery Challenge in 2025 I am at £1286.68/£3000 or 42.89% of my annual spend so far

Hope you're feeling a bit better today, beanie. I like the fingerless gloves that SL has linked to, they look great. I've knitted a couple of sets of my own over the years (especially since I have so much knitting wool, and they only take about an hour each to do, so not too much finger damage) but I've never done that finger flap, great idea.
Also a great idea is your Winter Warmers - a slow cooker is brilliant for people in need of fb food, I really like that.2023: the year I get to buy a car5 -
