I'm absolutely miles behind on catching up.
But echo everyone else. You know where I am if you need an ear. I'm not much use but can definitely listen

This is so difficult Beanie. I think lean on friends here and if you can lean on friends in RL and if you can't maybe do some journalling to get things out of your head AND into reality. Also if you don't feel able to talk to anyone, and that is really isolating, maybe talk to the Samaritans. They will always listen and they are one step removed.

            Hi Beanie
I am another one sending hugs.
For a variety of reasons this time of year is so hard for many people. What would you be telling someone else? I think, knowing you are kind and caring, you would be telling them to be gentle with themselves. We are often our own worst enemy.
Writing down your thoughts can really help. In my experience, most of my biggest fears are ones that magnify in the dark, particularly at 3am. By writing them down, I have found it helps clear my head a bit.
I also made myself a self care list of things I enjoy rather than things I must do. Try to avoid "should" "must" too. On bad days, I do the minimum but try to find at least one thing that gives me hope, even if it is just looking at a sloppy film.
 Sending love too

What's the weather like where you are, is it keeping you in or are you getting out and about on the scooter. How are you feeling in yourself, physically and mentally?
