Love the poem you posted yesterday. The world would be a better place if everything in the poem were to be achieved.
Was the sugar for handing in food parcels or for use in teas etc. It seems odd that you can’t ask - I can understand not making a nuisance by asking for it, but surely a discreet poster or notice requesting items in short supply or in high demand placed in the right areas might ensure the recipients get what they need.
Have you got any nice trips out on your scooter planned? Have you been to the loch we travelled miles to go around yet? My ds is envious of your beautiful location-as am I
