    Morning Beanie :) How's your back today? Good to read you got out on the scooter. I wonder if the state of the pavements is why I see quite a few people on scooters around here using the roads - mind you they're not much better. :(

    Make sure you take the docs advice and ring up next time you go into spasm. No being brave for too long :naughty:

    Scooter names - it's too early for me to think straight but what about something to do with orange smarties or gin? ;)

    I am cream crackered.
    I had tiger bread yaterday (lush) but it makes such a mess.
    Kitchen is like a bomb site :o
    I would like to do 15 minutes in there.
    I need to empty the hoover which I find difficult.
    I have bought a new cosy flat sheet for my bed.
    I would like to also put that on though that may be too much for today.
    Picked up some sugar for the FB when I was out as we are not allowed to ask for it.
