I don't think you can beat a night in with family having a chat and a couple of drinks. It really lifts the spirits.
The sugar thing is interesting. I was also thinking maybe FB's don't ask because it's seen as the food of the devil these days but it's the second thing listed on my local FB's wish list after milk. Anyway I always pop a bag in when I donate. For a lot of people a brew with sugar probably substitutes a meal 1 -
