I went out today on the scooter.
It was a sunny day but chilly.
Scooter up the street to the dentist.
To discover I was a day early :eek:
Scooted home on a different route.
I had no idea that the pavements were so uneven & that there was a such a lack of dropped kerbs. Lots of obstacles.
A learning curve.
Got home exhausted.
For some reason I was really curling my toes so they are quite stiff.

Hope your GP is helpful and can do something for you. I have a GP appointment at 7 am in a couple of weeks :eek: think they have to have extended hours these days.....we still have to wait weeks though:mad:January spends - £587.581

We had a wee chat & I feel a bit happier.
Next time the spasms are really bad I have just to phone & can hopefully get an injection.
I may have had the flu jab!
