If you are hoping to lose weight, isn't Full Fat yoghurt more effective than Fat "Free"/"low" fat? Full Fat yoghurt makes you feel full, so that you eat less. That could also be a good money-saver, to eat less in general, depending on whether it is the Full Fat or the "Low" Fat that is glitching:rotfl::rotfl:.
All these "fat free" yoghurts - that contain quite an amount of sugar:eek:!0
