i bought groovy food organic coconut oil for £5.98 in Asda matching £4.50 in Tesco it was in a jar beside the bottles of vegetable oil.
never tried it before but a friend said it was god for stir fries and her son who is a health freak puts a spoon in his porridge instead of milk
