After much trying its let me order a macbook! Son was going to buy one with educational discount, but this is much better. Will see if its honoured!

Only thing it wouldn't let me do is use the £10 off from the previous purchase - it did let me use it initially, but the payment page crashed, so had to go through the whole very slow process again. Wouldn't accept it the second time, even though it hasn't been used, but I guess the system thinks it has. Not sure what to do about that one!

    Thanks Birthday twin:j

I know there are sites out there selling fakes as I remember someone buying trainers a while ago. Unfortunately I can't remember how to tell. DD wants to buy a handbag but when I went to site to look Macafee didn't want me to enter.
    The site is http://www.michaelkors-outlets.co.uk/

Hope is ok to post. I read a fare bit and all seems ok except if any problems the contact addy is prettybags.com which got me thinking.

I know there are exceptional deals around but dd would be gutted if fake so thought I would ask.
    TIA

Anti-counterfeiting is one of the areas I specialise in for my job.

You may not be able to tell from the website itself. Your best bet it to either contact the brand owner (Michael Kors), their trade mark representatives (your can find this information by looking up their trade marks on the UKIPO website as I don't want to post the information here as I'm not sure if posting it would be against the forum rules), your local Trading Standards or the Anti-Counterfeiting Group to ask.
