I bought one and immediately got a £20 online discount code for another purchase over £50. So I bought another for 69.99. Quidco gives 7%.

Ofc, if the first one doesn't fit I might have to take it back...

    Although - I don't believe what I read in the Daily Mail!:rotfl:

I think the 'problem' is that the "fresh" stuff in supermarkets may well have been in storage for some time - and I mentioned before that the supermarkets' and the general public's view as to what is "fresh" may not necessarily be in accord with each other. The stores may then use sprays to make it look freshly picked.

The Mail said: "This supermarket theatre convincers I]sic[/I shoppers to pay a premium for food they believe is good for their family’s health as well as being tasty."

So - all about making money again! In other words, the opposite of us saving money. Therefore, avoid all that nasty premium-charged 'fresh' food! When, in fact, as seems now to be to be almost always the case, the counter-intuitive is the better! Frozen better than fresh?

So, the frozen stuff - some of it - some of it can be frozen others of it can't - can be better. I beg to differ on those broccolis though - although that relates more to it because of it being the S/P version (frozen broccoli) than because of broccoli being frozen per se.

"...they believe is good for their family’s health..." (my emphasis) Judging by that article, it seems to be another mistaken generally-held belief - yet again:(. I am just about reaching the conclusion that virtually all generally-held beliefs and assumptions are almost certainly incorrect:rotfl:.
