    Sorry to hear that you too are having problems. This seems to be caused by something different though. Which address stopped working, and had you successfully used that for all your other claims?

    Perhaps you send it to the correct address this time? If you couldn't get the address right I can't say I'm that sympathetic - it's a pretty basic and easy requirement! It also suggests that you are unwise to attempt cashback deals - more so nowadays than ever before. Hopefully it will be a warning to others, apart from the rubbish the company itself is coming up with!


    Thank you for your comments. NOT!! I sent my cashback claim to the address on the claimform!!! They have since moved and not notified me or redirected their mail. I have been doing cashback claims for 3 years and never had a real problem up until now, but then I used to use e2save.

    I find your comments rather abusive and of no help to anyone.:mad:

    It was the address on the claim form and I had had no problems with the other claims sent to this address, just my final claim.
