    My case is slightly different in that they;re claiming I didnt send the original despatch note in with my first claim. I DID.

    Incidentally, I sent it it because it was mentioned on the claim form but the T+Cs at the time (I printed them out) didnt mention this despatch note had to be sent.

    Also, original T+Cs didnt say that future claims would also be disallowed.

    I note, however, that they've been changed now...
  • It was on the claim form because you downloaded one after July instead of downloading several copies as soon as you got the phone! Are you sure the t&c then said future claims wouldn't be disallowed?
  • Add me to this list (CNM) 1st cashback. Send me the email "Everything is in order. You will receive your cheque in 10 working days." Aft 10 days, I was told that the claim has been rejected for stupid reason. I will contact them Monday. If not happy, I will go to the court.

    hi would u have a copy of those t+cs? i really need them,am in the same situation and they said so send a copy of them

  • Try http://www.archive.org/web/web.php THERE IS A LESSON HERE - again!!! THEY know (as I do) that MOST people DON'T copy the t&c AT THE TIME THEY ORDER. Beyond belief to me, but true. Those who want to end up in a situation like this (or many others) don't have to take note!
  • Do the words..wouldn't, CNM, a, touch, bargepole, with...mean anything?
    The atmosphere is currently filled with hypocrisy so thick that it could be sliced, wrapped, and sold in supermarkets for a decent price and labeled, 'Wholegrain Left-Wing, Middle-Class, Politically-Correct Organic Hypocrisy'.

    For info. I've issued a claim against Mobile Affiliates via moneyclaim.gov.uk. It appears (though it's not entirely clear to me as I'm not familiar with the process) that they are going to contest the claim.

    It was the second letter I've had from the courts, the first letter related to issuing the claim. The second letter has some check boxes at the bottom referring to the defendant where it appears to indicate they are going to contest the claim.

    I sent my last claim to mobile affiliates on the 9th July, by recorded delivery.
    This was returned to me marked "gone away!!", so I tracked down the correct address and wrote to them explaining the position. They ignored the letter and refused my claim.

    I am claiming through the HMCS money claims service!

    Unfortunately, prior to this refusal I had taken out 2 further contracts. Big Mistake!! Just made my 1st claim on one of the contracts, will have to wait and see, i enc dispatch note etc!!:mad: :mad:
    ACII and Chartered so now I can focus on learning to play my beautiful Sax. 🎷

    Perhaps you send it to the correct address this time? If you couldn't get the address right I can't say I'm that sympathetic - it's a pretty basic and easy requirement! It also suggests that you are unwise to attempt cashback deals - more so nowadays than ever before. Hopefully it will be a warning to others, apart from the rubbish the company itself is coming up with!
