Please add me to the list. My second claim has been refused and I am 100% positive that I send both pages of my T-Mobile bill with the claim form. I am writing to customer relations and won't hesitate to take legal action if they don't process my claim.0

bogger,
What stage are you at moneyclaim. Received Acknowledgement of Service yet? Just interested as they have acknowledged my claim but offered no defence. Delaying tactic I suspect.

Hi yes i am a victim of this too.... 2nd claim, phone box direct, I am in the process of a small claim against them, when I emailed and told them they emailed back and said
" We have investigated the your file again and we have nothing further to add to the previous communications regarding your incomplete claim.

Someone should make a video of the pages being collated and stapled together and placed in envelope, then submit their claim, then post the vid on Youtube for all to refer to.0
