Doesn't that depend on whether that's a condition of the policy for DOC (e.g. in mine it isn't)? If it isn't the driver would be covered to drive but the keeper would be committing an offence?
A SORN car has no tax on it, so cannot be legally taken for a test drive whatever the insurance status of the driver.0 -
