    :hello: Hi there all xxxx

Just coming in quickly; didn't manage it on Friday :( Succumbed to that needing sugar feeling :(. Yesterday was going to be spendy anyway as had hairdressers appointment so I made the most of a spendy day and have just about sorted all my (C word) shopping............very cheaply too :D. Still got a few things to get but may look around one day when I'm in London next month............or might just look and not buy lol.

Back on track today with number 12 :D. Not sure about tomorrow yet as due to be meeting a friend but she hasn't rung me yet; If she does I'll get all my train tickets so I keep the spends in a day.

    Must dash

    :hello:

Excellent...I shall prepare my 14 hour powerpoint presentation on the merits of tasting the concoctions only once they have been served and may even throw in my demonstration on how cotton can be utilised to bulk up meals, thus saving Igor's precious Krona which is what this board is all about in the first place.

You do realise that you'll be working a 22 hour day?Still interested?

....cheers for volunteering the services of your spray gun. Not so sure about the shade of orange, though, I suppose as long as it is the discreet side of nectarine that might do......so, you want to do the jive.......Igor! Who do you have down as BigMumma's partner? Oh really? You don't mean him with the mahoosive.....oh dear. She is going to eat him alive.

With it being St Andys the following day perhaps the gentlemenfolk should wear kilts, just to show how pleased we are the good ole K is still U, as it were wink-and-flirt-smiley-emoticon.gif

I'm still on 3 cuz I took advantage of a break in the weather to fill up the lawnmower, in readiness for the knees-up.
    Have a good day y'awl :santa2:

For those new to the thread, BigMumma is not planning to mow the lawns at Ennessdee Towers, the sit-on lawnmower is her mode of transport. She travels everywhere on it. It has twin turbo engines, go faster stripes, furry dice hanging from the handlebars, a basket on the back for her packed lunch (ferret and chutney sandwich, anyone?) and a thing to hang her deckchair on. Just thought you'd like to know.

  • Hope everyone had a good weekend. Feeling very down as my 2nd little piggy died last week, only a month after her BFF. They were sweet old ladies and had a good life but that sadly doesn't make the loss any easier. I'm sorry as I know others on here have lost close relatives recently, but they were our babies and a big part of our family :o

So, a pretty uneventful weekend: cinema trip (free tix) and Thanksgiving meal at a friend's house, and lots of C-present wrapping = 2 more NSDs for me. I'm up to #10. Thanks marmite
