I'd ignore him. You've said your bit and nothing has changed since then.

If a letter before action arrives, then you need to think more carefully. But I doubt it will come to that because LL probably doesn't have a leg to stand on.

he doesn't have my address and EDF wouldn't be able to give it him so he'd have a hard time sending me anything

As soon as you receive an email from him, delete it before reading and move on.

As you've read this one, you could always reply to say please don't contact me any more regarding this matter and any future emails will be deleted unread.

Please don't let him stress you out, he's not worth it. You don't owe him a penny.

If EDF have your address, they would be obliged to disclose it for use in pre-court action.

Data Protection exempts this disclosure and failure to do so could lead ex-LL to apply for a Norwich Pharmacal order to obtain the data. LL would probably win and EDF would probably have costs awarded against them.

So if it got to anyone at EDF who knew what they were doing then your address would be disclosed.

But, as LL is on a fishing expedition, I doubt he will go to the bother.

Don't do that - emails are useful evidence in court should LL formally claim and they also provide evidence of harassment if OP wanted to involve the police.
