Mine are
Dated kitchens/bathrooms
Gardens that get no sun
Badly designed conservatories that are ugly and take up most of the garden
No parking

Evidence of damp
No parking
Noisy neighbours/signs of vandalism
So many cars parked on street/on pavement that it makes it difficult for even a small car to get through between themBaby due 21/06/2017

Not so much about the property but the presentation turn offs are:
Clutter, clutter and more clutter.....
Also, unmade beds and items not picked up off the floor.
Viewed 9 houses in the last week and saw some shockers!
Some people have no standards or they don't actually want to sell.
Back to the property turn offs:
No parking, poor quality or badly fitted double glazing, poor layout resulting in rooms becoming corridors to access the next room, rather than having an actual corridor or hallway. (3 houses this week, we had to walk through dining room to get to kitchen).0 -
The mooring isn't long enough.0

Anything that can easily(ish) be changed should not be a turn off. You should look past that.
Clutter and unmade beds are irrelevant since they wouldn't even be there by the time you'd move in.
A dated kitchen is easily changed (obviously it must fit into your budget).
Now, if there's no parking that's another story.0 -
Totally agree, I have viewed some houses that have been filthy, one had black mould in the bathroom and it was only a 5 year old house.
Another had half of the laminate missing from the kitchen floor and a hole in the wall (another fairly new build) and I just thought why would you even think about putting it on the market before finishing the work that needed doing!
Oh and another one for me is when the vendor is at the property, it hasn't happened much...only twice but I find it awkward and like I can't have a proper look around and don't want to say anything to offend them.
The smell of dog also puts me off.
I know you should look past some of these things but it can be difficult. I always consider getting a new bathroom/kitchen to be a massive expense and generally the houses aren't priced low enough to make this a good option.0 -

Providing the price is low enough I can look past dated kitchens, bathrooms, clutter etc. If the surrounding area and houses are badly maintained that is a turn off as is bad parking and what look like dodgy or noisy neighbours. No private parking, loads of trampolines etc. in neighbouring gardens, kids' hand-prints/drawings on walls (yes, I'd want to re-decorate anyway, but shows lack of care), mould, bathroom missing loo or basin, bad DIY, not having access to garden without going through house.0

Leylandii in any neighbouring gardens0

Smell - damp dog, or cigarette smoke.
But also things that can't be changed - lack of broadband, lack of parking, lack of storage.
Oh, and the house with the dirty washing piled up in the bath didn't get a second viewing...No longer a spouse, or trailing, but MSE won't allow me to change my username...0
