The ncp web site of Newbury Park says cards accepted. Does someone have to do everything for you for a £2 charge? Given it also gives a rate with cash and without its a racing certainty a £2 coin will do as well.

Then you would've seen in the first link I posted:

You can pay to park at TfL car parks using cash, and now you can also pay by mobile phone.

Does it say easiest... no it does not.

Neither of the supplied links use the word easiest, or even create that impression.

Anyway, surely you can work out that putting £2 in coins in a machine is, for you, the easiest way.

Why do you care if it gives change?
Due to the kindness of posters here, you know the exact charge... take the exact money.
