I can't find the post refering to the £2 parking at Newbury! where is it exactly? Is it for whole day?
For tube station parking charges, see here:
where it tells you that all Central Line car parks are £2.00 for all day on Saturdays and Bank Holidays.
By the way, all the car parking charges at Newbury Park, for every day of the week, were kindly provided in the second reply on this thread.0 -

You will find a map and postcode on there.
Any further questions on Newbury Park Station Carpark should be directed to the 'contact us' link on that webpage.0 -

It's as clear as day. The green roof is the station.

The top car park to the rear of the green roof is the busiest and is often full, the bottom car park to the left is never full. If you're going in the afternoon I would just go straight to the bottom car park. There are steps leading up to the station from there.
If you follow King George Lane to the bottom you will see the Sainsbury's car park.
The junction has changed a little, there are two sets of traffic lights there now. First set coming from Basildon is the top car park, second is the bottom, they're very close together.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0 -

And then turn to King George Avenue?
And then I find the second traffic lights and turn right and I am into the empty park?0 -

Where the 2 black cars next to where 'A12' is written, (opposite the green roof a the top of the pic) is now traffic lights, that's the first set.
Where the 2 white cars are turning is the second set, King George Ave,
To get to the bottom empty car park take the second set into KG Ave, the car park entrance it a little way along the road.
There's a large Sainsbury's and Poundstretcher sign at the second set. You can stay in the right hand lane after the Aldborough Lane junction, lots of people do, it's not as far as it looks on the map.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0 -
and how do I pay? do they accept coins and notes? do they give change?0
