See I thought Halloween decs only went out the day before Halloween....am very excited about it this year as we previously lived in a flat, where as now I have my very own front door and drive to decorate....am I "allowed" to decorate before official Halloween day???!!!0

I haven't bought a single present yet, I normally have them in September when I see something on sale so anything referable to Christmas makes me nervous.

I noticed one up in my neighbour's house on Monday. At least 5ft tall, baubles and lights etc.

Last night was the first night of Diwali, and several days of celebration, we had a fabulous show of fireworks last night, and I am expecting the same for the next couple. I live in a fairly diverse area, so we see many different cultures celebrate festivals etc, I really enjoy them all.
The children I mind spent today drawing Rangoli patterns on the path in front of the house, and making saltdough Diyas
