You'll get it on the 3rd if you have pre-ordered the Day Zero Edition.
You'll need to check with Asda about going to the store and picking it up as supermarkets shut at 4pm on Sunday and don't re-open until 8am on Monday (ours does anyway, and it's a huge 24hr Asda). It might be that they are opening especially for the release of CoD AW Day Zero Edition, but like I say, you'd need to check.0 -

What tosh. A quick Google search shows that Amazon and ShopTo are offering the Day Zero Edition.
Game have a custom exo-skeleton exclusive to them, that's all.0 -
i pre ordered a game from argos that is released on tuesday 4th November, i checked the order online today only to see that the item i ordered has completely changed description, image etc (still the same game just without the pre order bonuses etc) i rang up to check and they told me that they will cancel the order and i would get the funds back to my paypal within 2 - 5 days and the lady i spoke with was VERY understanding as she also ordered the game for her nephew and was also going to cancel it for same reason as me,
Anyways i get a text about 3 hours later from argos saying my item has now been dispatched and will be delivered by the 3rd of Nov by Royal Mail 1st class delivery....
Confused I rang again... asked them to confirm the order was cancelled, they said yes and the funds would be back to me withing 48 hours usually with paypal, and that the game will definitely not be sent, the person on the phone said its unusual for me to get the text as its showing no order on my account now, and he said that if i recieved the game that it would be unlikely for them to know or not as the items sent are not traced. (which to me seemed as if he was saying if i do receive it then dont let them know!)
My question is,,, if i receive the funds back, and the game actually arrives on the 3rd like my text said, then what do i do? the nearest argos to me is 35 miles away and i dont drive, i am worried they might take the money from my account again.
Heeelllp
The game i ordered had lots of bonus things etc, early access and additional items, yet the one showing on my order is now completely different and just bog standard, so i will buy elsewhere now.0 -
if you've preordered from a supermarket then its worth checking if they are opening at midnight. assuming that appeals to you of course. my local asda is opening for 3 hours from midnight tonight.0

Still waiting for the postman to deliver my copy.

I pre-ordered this for my son on the xbox 360 at the game store. I have in store credit with them from previous trade ins.
I was shocked that they charged me £49.99 for this. Its £10 cheaper in most other places (Tesco, Amazon etc)0 -
Have you considered buying digitally? You can pre-download now so it's ready to play at 12.01am, comes with all the bonuses and no queuing at a midnight launch!
I used to do Game for midnight launches. They charge a little more for the games granted, but you get reward points that soon add up and they often have exclusive editions and bonus content.
Xbox One midnight launch was very well organised - they took all of our payments on arrival and started bagging everything up in the back so they could just hand the stuff out based on your receipt. Only mistake they made was queuing us in the Playstation game aisle - think they missed a trick there as standing us by the Xbox games would have been more likely to generate additional sales, but all in all it went smoothly and we left with our two consoles at 12.10am despite there being at least 14 people ahead of us in the queue.0
