i would be asking Dillenger mobility scooters exactly how these bikes/ trikes have been tested for use by people with disabilities.
Because if they haven't, how can they describe them as mobility trikes- they are not stable
Incidentally, I'd also be asking in which country these bikes or their parts originate from?

    Just for the record

This is taken from a screenshot I took. Of dillengers au site

"product that is unique from anything else available. Traditional mobility scooters are expensive, unsightly and unnecessarily cumbersome.

If your level of mobility does not justify the purchase of a traditional gopher and you would prefer to simply ‘scoot’ around, the Dillenger M5 is the answer.

This type of vehicle fills a niche in the market for customers who would prefer to avoid the ‘gopher’ style scooters.

In terms of mobility aids, the market has previously ignored those who are not in need of a low-mobility product but have a need for a vehicle to improve their life and general mobility.

Dillenger has developed the M5 to fill this niche perfectly. The Dillenger M5 mobility scooter is fun, light-weight, quality-built and now very affordable.

This vehicle is not suitable for those customers that require a traditional mobility scooter. This product is a sporty alternative for those that are in need of a little help to get around and is suitable for flat, sealed surfaces.

The Dillenger M5 arrives 95% assembled. If you have someone to help unload and assemble the M5, it will take no more than 10-15 minutes. The M5 is packed to travel safely in our custom designed honeycomb shipping cartons."

What load of absolute drivel- complete scam

The bit about flat surfaces is on the ebay listing but the other stuff is only on the Australian website.

If you want to contact a Minister of State the best way of doing it is via your own MP.
You can find your MP and contact details from here http://findyourmp.parliament.uk/
