I did the media diary on GTM and i reached the final questions about BBC ect .. and I still have not been payed . even the survey is still on my dashboard , then I got invited by the same diary asking me to fill in another week for extra points .
On my survey is pretty dead , I haven't had anything from them for a week . Most of my the surveys I got there don't work is pretty annoying
and about opinion outpost is one of the best surveys , I cashed out 37.5 last month with them , you get about 2-5 surveys daily but the pay out is low , 50 points for £2.5 minimum cash out and surveys pays between 5 to 25 points so you get good amount of surveys but very low pay out .
usually 10 min surveys pay 5 points , 15 min surveys pay 10 points .....
but at least amazon and paypal both are instant .0 -
In the past 7-10 days the flow of surveys from My survey is practically non existing and in the past I used to get up to 10 surveys a day. Does anyone else have the same experience or is it just me?0

I've just emailed MySurvey for the third time about the diary survey, having had no response to my first two emails. Funnily enough, they usually respond quickly enough when I don't have the survey number, saying they can't help. I'm getting the feeling that they're less keen to respond when you do have the number and they can't fob you off!0

I've emailed them three time regarding not being able to complete my diary, I had a response from the first two emails telling me to try again and to send them a print screen of the error message, which I did, but no reply to my third email asking them to resolve this.
I do not think its fair that we should not be given the points for completing, at the very least we should be given half the points or up to where we had completed. We are more than willing to fill out the diary, it is their incompetence which is stopping us from doing so.I AM DEBT FREE!0 -
I finally got a reply the third time I emailed them, and they said they would make the survey available to me again within 24 hours. This is all good and well - it is indeed available, but all the diary entries are still greyed out as the time for completing them elapsed a week ago! I've emailed them and asked if they are actually going to resolve this.0

I emailed MySurvey about the Media Diary points and got this reply:

If you have completed all parts and have not received your points, please note that your points will be uploaded after December 15th.
We apologize for any frustration this survey might cause.
I've logged into my account with MySurvey and that particular survey is no longer displayed in the surveys to finish section. So hopefully I'll receive the 1050 points next week and, with 755 points I've already earned, that would enable me to claim my desired £15 through Paypal. That will then be my last usage of MySurvey in 2014, maybe ever...
Would I recommend MySurvey? Only if you really have a bit of spare time to pass online and can accept that you may not always receive a return on the effort you put in for it. Even then, the returns might not actually be worth the time, thought and effort it takes to complete the surveys and chase up lost points.

I got another email from them today, admitting that the diary survey had brought in lots of complaints and that while they were investigating them, the survey expired and could no longer be completed. Fab!0

After further investigation, it appears your participation was not recorded by our server.
I am sorry to inform you that if the survey was not completed, the data you provided cannot be used, and points are never provided in those cases.
I am very sorry because I know it was due to technical issues, but there is nothing I can do.
This is the reply I got. I am closing my account as soon as I can claim my reward.
Life is too short.
Most importantly, I'd like to thanks Guacamole for starting the thread, raising the point that it is a common problem.
