I redeemed a £10 voucher and i received like 5 days and then I redeemed another £5 voucher 3days ago and it should be on Monday hopefully , it's been a quiet two weeks now i can't see any surveys on my dashboard . I'm new to my survey so I just thought how long does it take to get many surveys again I had 14 last time .
i have 430 points i just need two surveys to cash out again :mad: still waiting for emails lol

It does vary quite a bit. I went weeks without anything then all of a sudden had enough surveys to redeem £10 & then another £5 in the space of a week. Then got another 130 points in one day but had nothing now for about 2 weeks.

Same here, but several took me to their espanol site, which happens a lot, a few after answering loads of questions said I did not qualify, and a couple ended in error messages, so loads of time spent for nothing. Wish they would sort this out.

Nothing for weeks! I nearly have enough points for £10, but may as well take £8 and £3 out for now, signed up for a few others to keep me going.

I'm having some problems with surveys through My Survey and Global Test Market. When it's the ones that start with the picture of a woman lying on a couch with a laptop, I am just getting a message saying 'We're sorry, but you are not eligible to participate in this survey. Thank you for your time.' It has happened a few times now and it quite frustrating. Has anyone else had this happen to them?

Nothing for weeks too , I all have is them cinema weekly diary and they don't credit . I only need 30 points for £5 , I'm gonna cash out and drop them global test market and opinion outpost are more than enough for decent money . I get around 4-8 surveys on GTM a day and I cashed out twice in a month both £30

having the same problems, tjey said it was my fault and I need to update my profile. I cant even get to my profile questions. They have vanished

Has anyone else been doing a seven day media diary for MySurvey which pays over 1000 points? I've been completing it faithfully for the last week and now, on my very last entry, I've been sitting here all night trying to complete it and being told everything from 'internal server error' to 'ID not recognised'. So infuriating!

I have the same diary but on GTM instead , On MySurvey all i have is the cinema diary which I gave up on it .

I haven't had any surveys from them for 2 weeks now .
