I hope that diary works out better for you on GTM. I've emailed MySurvey about the problem, but no reply yet and my diary is set to cut off tomorrow, at which point I assume they'll just say I didn't complete the whole thing. It's so frustrating, I got half way through my very last entry.

I've been trying to do this survey for a while now (using iPhone IOS system).

However, when I click the link it just says that I have completed the survey).

I never get to fill in the diary!

Oh I am starting to really hate MYSurvey :mad:. I have submitted so many surveys for no points. They are turning into GFK!
I am thinking of closing my account after claiming.
Now, like you I did complete the media diary and did not get my points. Did you keep a trace of the survey number by any chance?
As they always ask for it, bloody thieves!

The diary survey I had was EK61615_Diary. Good luck with emailing them - they haven't replied to two emails from me so far!

I'm currently doing the media diary, on day 4 and keep getting that message. I emailed and was replied to pretty quickly, keep getting it and not able to complete my diary for yesterday or today so I have had to send them a screen print. In the email from them it said points would be awarded after the 15th December.

Well today is the seventh and final day of my media diary and, here's a surprise, as I'm about to finish it:

500 - Internal server error.

There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.

I'll keep trying to complete it over the next half hour but whatever will be will be...

Never give up! I finally got back to the last entry of the media diary and completed it.
After noting my last 'media loop' I was asked a series of questions:

• What is your general impression of each of the following media companies, regardless of whether you have used the media company or not.
• Please give a score of 1-10, where 1 means you have an extremely unfavourable impression and 10 means you have an extremely favourable impression. Please click on the buttons below to indicate your answers. The logos will update each time you click.
  
• Thinking about all the TV you have watched, radio listened to, websites or apps used or games played in the past week. What, if anything, was particularly memorable?
• We are now going to ask you more questions about the media company which was selected for you at the start of this research: the BBC.

I logged back into the MySurvey account to find that the media diary survey was still listed and the 1050 points hadn't been credited to my account. Maybe that will change tomorrow...

Glad to hear someone managed to finish it! I just got error after error until it finally stopped allowing me to even try, so I didn't get to finish the last day's entry. The survey is still sitting on my 'to be finished' list on my homepage, but all the days of the diary are greyed out now.

Hey everyone I'm new on this forum and registered to ask about surveys, I'm on mysurveyUK and opinion outpost UK and wanted to know are these sites legit?, Been reading bad things about them not paying out or taking months to pay you via paypal?


Is this true and what tips have you got please, Thankyou.

My Surveys and Golden Test Market are definitely legit, and both pay out very quickly.

Had nothing to Opinion Outpost though, and unable to comment.
