Hi everyone
Went for a quick shop last night on way home from work. Didn't work out as cheaply as planned as I decided to pop into Mr T's which is next to our local Aldi to save time. Between the two shops spent £69.36 of my £200 budget. Only saving grace is that now I'm back on SW I got loads of fruit and veg, so no excuses:rotfl: Freezer is fairly well stocked too.
Will need to get toilet rolls over the weekend so planning a wee trip to Farmfoods as I love the Nicky ones. Kitchen roll excellent too.
Keep it low people x0 -

Online shop from Sainsbug's to add to my total. Spent exactly £45 there, so now at £46.55/250. Will need bread at the weekend but other than that, shouldn't need anything until do next week's shop. Though I might pop in the butchers at the weekend as they do some good offers, and I prefer their meat to the supermarkets.
Got vouchers through the other day for Tesco's, so will probably get next week's shop from there! Got lots of household things this week, so hoping next weeks is a bit cheaper.0 -
Officially my Nov budget doesn't start till Saturday but as I had an Ald* voucher to use that expired today, I have bought next weeks shopping today. None of it will be used until Saturday as we have everything we need for our menu plans for tomorrow already in.
I spent £23.91 of the grocery budget.Grocery Challenge 2024

Tes** delivery today as we are having a deluge of people arriving next week.
£92 of my £200 gone already, masses of veg, milk, butter, nearly all tesco value range. Got lots of meat and cleaning stuff in stock already.
Made victoria sponge and coffee sponge this morning, also cleaned all downstairs and used massive of cheap rate electric. So feel like a domestic goddess apart from concern about sticking to £200. Could be a long month.0
