Have you ever heard the term stove top pizza? (obviously not sure if your oven is like mine and the top works independently)
In a frying pan - its how we used to make them when camping.january_23 wrote: »Yes I have to agree with that.
Never heard of that term no.
The stove is independent from the oven. It's also electric, no gas in this flat.
The pizzas are store bought. On youtube all the pizzas are from scratch but would it work if I defrosted them and then used the stove to cook them?
Jamie Oliver did a stove top pizza called 'Cheats Pizza' in his 30min meals book.
It is used by us a lot as its so quick and easy, and always tastes amazing!0 -
After thoroughly failing off the horse in September and October (fortunately, there wasn't too much damage!) I'd like to join for November please! £60 was a good number last time, so I'll stick with that!NST Dec - NSD: 1/10 Groceries: 1.75/20.00 Misc: 8.10/80.000

Huge shop organised...everything for the 30 day meal-plan is on it (that we can get in date or freeze).
We've then got just a tad shy of £30 each weekend for the next 4 shops to get us to the end of the month.0 -
I am going for £270 in November, but of these, £70 is allowed for bulk buy. Finally I'm an OAP and can travel free (in London at least!).0

October was well over budget, hoping for a better month in November.
I'm not going to set the budget too low though, as I don't want to make it unachievable. Going to go with £240.SPC # 348 2014-£169.07/2015 - £156.89

Hello again, folks, on the crips and sunny 1st of November
Please put me down again this month for £ 200.
Spending has started with a wholefoods co-op order which always amount to more than I anticipate as the good people don't update their on-line price list . I have 3/4 of my budget left for 4 weeks  which will probably include some Christmas prep, so I am not having high hopes for managing the set target but worth a try!
I'm starting with 3 NSDs which is good as I spent too much in big town visting poor student DD1 yesterday....

Just made lemon biscuits and peanut butter ones, taking them to dd3 this afternoon, not sure if they have turned out OK cos I've never tried them before. All made out of stores so hopefully not spending anything today. Will have to think of something for dinner but it will include cauliflower as I have some that needs using up.
