This would depend on when the surveyor can get an appointment to do the inspection.
Thanks Kingstreet - As our BTL is our current home, I would assume they will be contacting me to arrange this as opposed to our agent for our new house.0 -

Once again - spot on Kingstreet. Survey is booked for Thursday AM as that is the earliest they can fit it in. Did ask for earlier but couldn't fit it in. Rather annoying but it is when it is.0

How long does it take for the surveyor to pass on his report to the Natwest? We had our valuation done today..

Normally within 48 hours.

I am hoping that they have it by Friday, but it's just me hoping - I am assuming it takes the standard 3 working days for Natwest to look at it as it is "Supporting Information". Is that the case?
Oh... ALSO - They use EXPERIAN for identity check, not full credit scoring. That seems to be EQUIFAX only.0 -
Hi all - me again... Worrying about my mortgage offer... Again.
Looking at the NatWest intermediary site it states they should look at our supporting docs (as in our valuation) Friday, which means they will look at this tomorrow.
Am I right in thinking that they would then approve everything and it will have to go to another department to offer and this will take another few days.... All seems to be taking it's time.0 -
Billybear1 I rang natwest last Thursday (valuation done last monday) and they told me over the phone that valuation was acceptable and the offer was in the post 1st class...I received it Friday and all looks good for us...They were always helpfull when I rang them.
Good luck0 -
