I bought a PSP for my son and one of the buttons stopped working so I rung Playstion and when I gave them the serial number they told me it was no longer under guarantee. The best they could offer was to fix it, and do you know how much they wanted £115, for a broken button!!!!!!! I hardly call that great customer service!!!!! I ended up throwing it in the bin and buying a secondhand one!! You can buy a new one for £125. I would say that these big companies rip you off any way they can. I buy my Xbox 360 games from a warehouse in Manchester for £15, brand new and original, but they are at least £40 in the shops. Tell me they don't con you. Big up for the little man getting one over the big companies to help us other little people!!!:beer:0

Full of self importance or what!! He's not going to perform this service 'for them' anymore - !!!!!!! I haven't even got a psp! Whatever he says in his listing there is no way that anyone is legtimately replacing a broken psp with a BRAND NEW ONE for that cost.0
