    Morning,

I bought two of these TM. The recipe says oven cook for 4 hours, but how long would you do it in the slow Cooker for instead? Any ideas or thoughts appreciated.

Went to sisters in Essex on fir morning. Anything that could go wrong did go wrong. And to top it off, tigercub came up in spots and now has chickenpox. She really suffering and I'm averaging 6 hours of sleep - exhausted is not even the word. DS breezed through it when he was one but she's not. So I've had to tell work I'm not going I this week (unpaid too ). Not the best start to the week..... Hence why the slow cooker and pork is necessary today :D

On that note, hope everyone had a better weekend than me.:rotfl:

Not apologising for posting this again. Really don't want anyone to miss it. Buy two and stick one in the freezer.
