Ah dear, it's been a long day today - literally:D!

I was left so unhappy with Mr T (again!:rotfl:). I went to obtain my free cheddar cheese, with the CC coupon they sent to me a while back. I duly picked up a pack of the Eday Value Mild Cheddar Slices (10 per pack - 240g) and took it to the till. Scanned and coupon - "product not bought":(. Got told that that was because it was slices rather than prepacked cheese:huh:.

They are cheddar slices. The last time I looked, "cheddar" is a form of "cheese". They are therefore "cheddar" and "cheese" and they are also "prepacked". Coupon was for Tesco "any" "prepacked cheddar 180g-240g". Obviously they didn't mean "any" literally:(:(:(.

So, unfortunately, I had to settle for the 200g:( T Mild White Cheddar instead. Even though it was a free product, I still feel shortchanged. Moreover, I note the coupon says "180g-240g", specifically I note the "-240g" part. The only 240g cheddar product that I find in T is T Eday Value Cheddar Slices. All of T's other prepacked cheese, up to value of £1.50, that I am aware of is lower weight and I could not find any other product that might have been within the description that was as much as 240g. So, if that isn't covered by the coupon, then where is the "240g" product that I could have for free as claimed by the coupon?

Not happy. I suspect they want me to go to their stores and buy more from them. (Or even buy from them at all, lol!:rotfl::rotfl: As opposed to just using a free coupon and "buying", with actual money, nothing.) How to annoy and disappoint a customer over a free product.

They also sent me a coupon about a Free diabetes check - either instore in the pharmacy or I could go it online. I decided I may as well do it in the pharmacy on the same visit. Apparently, it's done by answering seven questions on a questionnaire. Pharmacy had no questionnaires left:(. Surely they could have had one copy of a questionnaire form left that they could then photocopy as and when needed? You may have thought. Come on - it's not rocket science is it? So, didn't even manage to complete that check in the store either!

All in all - usual T experience with me actually:rotfl::rotfl:. I always feel shortchanged by them, getting vouchers of the value or greater than that I've spent is liking drawing teeth and so difficult to make sure they get nothing from me:rotfl:.

Oh dear Savvy you've had a bad day :( have a smooch from me :kisses3:

    I know it's no consolation but it's a free smooch :D

Righto, just popped in tonight, if I appear a bit short and sharp, or even maybe sweet as well:D:rotfl:, in fact it's good news I haven't really got time to stay here and keep writing a lot on posts - I'm avoiding it as trying not to be too much into my obsession - so, it's good news that I disappear again from the thread;) - no disrespect - I have a life:rotfl::rotfl: (or another life as well, what... as a double secret agent Savvy?:p:huh:):rotfl: - no, I just, you know, don't really want to keep writing detailed posts, even though this one is becoming detailed lol:rotfl::rotfl:, I'll see you again later, tomorrow!:rotfl::wave::wave: Thank you folks.:) Goodnight!

also re 3v and my friend whos had his paypal account frozen.
According to PP this is down to the fact that his paypal name is in a different one from his bank. For example his bank account is J Jones whereas his paypal is James Jones.... so make sure all details are a perfect match! He is squeeky clean in all his business affairs so its rather a shock for him that its gone on so long. I know from everything I had to prove to paypal when my account got closed that if you do want your account back they want everything down to your bra size and dress size!

This worries me a little bex as me and oh have a joint account so firstly I am not sure we can both link to the same bank account from our seperate ppal accounts. Secondly our bank account has both of our names with first and middle name initials followed by our surname. I wonder if the bank would change it to full names

Edit: having said that, oh has had the bank linked to his ppal for years with no problem withdrawing money.

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: (to the bold highlighted part;):D!).

No, I haven't really had a bad day at all - that was only 20 minutes out of the 25 hours (and only about seven minutes or so to go):D. No, I managed 'more than usual' today - am managing a bit more than usual. Even when divided by 25 and pro-rata'ed to 24:rotfl::rotfl:.

My 'disaster' of a Morries comp. yesterday (was it that long ago?:laugh:) did cause to me a brief moment of thought at the time as to whether it's even worth bothering with getting prices from M - maybe it's just a waste of time:eek: - and a "lot" on msm.co.uk anyway - but I then thought, hey, what the heck, I'll go anyway, I like it:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:. So, whether pointless or not, who cares?, I'm going for the hell of it - for now!:rotfl::rotfl:

See you afterwards, for more useless and irrelevant results from the Savvy price collection!:D:rotfl:

I could go on for hours (not literally!) and spend ages going through my womble results but, to be honest, nowt much to report. At least I'm spending time on other things:laugh::D:T:j:rotfl:.

Thanks FC:A:kisses3: (you also managed to get me to stay a bit longer again:D:laugh::laugh:).
