They also bought the wrong loo paper, going for the fancy pebbles version.

Off to A's in a wee while to pick up my first ever C&C!

Then it's into town to get some new wellies for DD hers have sprung a leak :eek:
Might need to buy her some clothes as well she seems to have sprouted in the last week or so and all her trousers are too short all of a sudden. Pesky kid that keeps growing :rotfl:

I'm feeling very organised this morning. Seeing as I've been up since 6:15 I've got lots of stuff done so just need to keep the momentum going and make sure I get out the door in a wee while!

this is all my own work from Sunday afternoon.

I got the HS as the trigger - OH does like it so its an easy one. I was working from an old list but everything seemed to work except the sweet potato

Also got to find freezer space now, slightly too many soups.

slightly too big an APG, should have just got one soup - has anyone else noticed on sada recs now the MOCs appear at the top and not after the total - a bit confusing.

Morning all. Quite a nice morning her after a busy Sunday. I made up 2 pots of violas underplanted with Tete a Tete daffodils. One for DS who moved with his wife to a garden flat in Brockley over the weekend and one for DD who is moving to new house with BF on Friday. Its been a long haul as they made the offer in May and its just dragged along. So need to get into my stash and get them some things out. I have a James Martin Denby Dinner service ( free with DTD) some lovely towels from Tesco, a 1p floral tray and lots of bit from my store room. Then I went to Argos , Boots, B&M , New look, Tesco, Morrisons and Waitrose. I was doing returns in New Look and Tesco, picking up a piece for an Iphone 3 kids and I are giving OH for Xmas ( click and collect from EBay) from Argos , Looking at gifts in Boots, Match and More shopping in Morrisons and Woopsie shopping in T & W. It was lovely to have a day to myself without having to worry about Mum as my older sis is home staying with her for a week. Then OH brought in a roast for us all which was great.


DD wants to get a new settee for the house and because they on;y exchanged last week they havent ordered one yet incase it fell through. So can anyone recommend a good place for Sofas that does not have too long a lead time.


They went to a shop called Wren at Imperial Park Bristol and saw a Table and chairs they liked and then went to same shop at Cribbs and got the exact same one for £200.00 cheaper. She said " See Mum I do listen when you tell me to shop around" Her brother has got them a code for 1/2 price Sky so they are saving money as they go. When she was ill last year I was so worried and cant believe we have come this far. She is having a problem with her stomach which may be IBS or coeliac for which they are testing her but unusually for her she is not stressing too much about it. She is a veggie and I said to her well if it is coeliac then you will just have to approach as you so not eating meat.
Thanks to Anon for advice about 3V cards. It worked a treat will have another go today.

Went to sisters in Essex on fir morning. Anything that could go wrong did go wrong. And to top it off, tigercub came up in spots and now has chickenpox. I would cook it on high for at least 8hrs you can either brown it first or just put it straight in.the slow cooker and what about a honey mustard rub or stud the top with garlic and fresh herbs
