    Sadly not :(

That's the thing, it's relentless with two of them. I knew it would be hard, but still! Little jwil has never been a great sleeper but improved lots when he went into his own room. It's a fight at the moment though getting him to bed. I think he's just been unsettled.

I did buy a Gro Clock the other day, to see if it would help with the night light, and also stop him trying to get up for the day when DH does (DH leaves the house at 6am). It seems to have helped a lot, if not completely solved the issue.

It's quite sweet though because as soon as the clock changes, I get 'wake up Mummy, the sun's come out'.

Aww, that's a lovely idea and a good one because it gives him the cue to know when he can come and disturb you. I totally sympathise on the DH going to work thing too. My DH would make such a clatter going out in the morning and I would be quietly praying that none of the kids would wake up but ..... they usually did.

Makes me laugh because now they don't get up until lunchtime sometimes :rotfl:.

Hang in there Jwil, it gets better :).

Oh yes, DH drives me insane sometimes! He doesn't seem to have any concept of quietness :rotfl:

Thank you, I'm struggling a bit with it all at the moment.

    Hi Jwil,

I am sorry to hear you aren't getting too much sleep....it does get better...hopefully sooner rather than later.

We don't hear anything from our girls now as they are up making their breakfast before we get downstairs!

Well done on all your payments - you are doing so well.

I am also decluttering - hubby is away this weekend so I will get a good go then to boost my numbers!

Thanks Guys, lovely to see you again Tattycath and Happy New Year!

Still not much sleep here, joy!

We went out yesterday for a day at the seaside. Went down to Dorset to do a bit of fossil hunting. It was lovely to get out and surprisingly warm in the sun despite it being very cold otherwise.

I've been listing away, still trying to get all of my dvds on by the end of the month when the unlimited free listing ends. I'm doing quite well, but still got loads to go. They are selling much better than I expected as well so that's good. Much better than the 20p or so that the buying sites were offering!

I've not been doing much else really, as I'm also trying to watch the ones I haven't seen while having snuggles with little miss.

I have sorted out a few other bits as well to be listed when I need a break from dvds. I'm also probably going to pull some lots that don't sell today and see if I can sell them on Facebook instead.

Debating doing a car boot later, but probably won't, will maybe go and have a look instead.

DH amazed me yesterday as was listing things he wants to get rid of. A few bits of furniture and some other stuff that he is going to pass on to relatives or sell. Yay! That will help make some space.

I spent Friday reorganising little jwil's toys and books. Have put 41 books out for car boot as they are duplicates, very tatty or not of interest to him. Need to sort through the toys and see what he doesn't want any more as well. The living room looked much better for a little while! The DVD racks that I am emptying are being used to store his books so he can see and access them better. It means I've been able to read something different to him rather than him choosing the same books every night! He's liking the bigger range of choice.

    Hope everyone is well :)
