Thank you. Better night last night. He's got a cold and a bit out of sorts, but taken him to nursery so more relaxing day today.Ooh maternity leave. Yay! During my leave I've accrued enough holiday for another month off!! So I don't go back til March 29th yaythat'll help you out too, right?
I have a box and put all my eBay stuff in it as I decide to sell it then when I get a chance I get it all out and schedule it all and put it back in the box so it's out of the way. But if I don't get a chance it's still out the way. Away from my little hands.
Xxx
Yes, my leave year runs Feb to Jan so assuming I don't run out of money I won't be going back to work until 2017
I do similar with my ebay stuff. Once I've decided it's going, I photo it and write the notes then box it up. Both DH and I have an ebay 'stack' of boxes so I always know exactly where to find stuff. I then do the listing as and when I can be bothered, and schedule it either to upload when I want it, or I go in and upload it manually. It saves a lot of time and hassle."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -
My box has overflowed... I keep thinking come Monday it'll be half empty again when it all gets posted so I feel tempted to wait till its lighter so I can see the wood for the trees. Dumb!! I need to schedule the rest of it now.
I will never understand the reason or rhyme behind what sells and what doesn't. Or what gets big money and what gets pennies.
How are you doing on the Christmas front? I've tried to get it all sorted as cheap as possible already to blunt the pain but it's expensive whatever you do
Tree is going up tomorrow!! Very excited. XxxLoan 1 £5200/£8000

No, I'm the same. I can never understand how things sell. It's always the things I think are rubbish go well, and the 'decent' things go for less than I expect. It's weird!
I'm doing ok with Christmas, nieces and nephews sorted. Need to finish for DH and little jwil now. We don't really buy for adults in our family so not too many to buy for. I'll get them all some chocs or biscuits so need to sort that out. I was hoping to be done by now, but not so! It does seem to be very expensive even so!
Yay for the tree up! I half thought about it, but will wait for another week or so I think."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -
Little jwil seems to have decided that now I'm on maternity leave he is getting up stupidly early
So much for more restful mornings!
Hopefully it's just his cold and will settle again.
Free listing this weekend, so will probably try and pop a few bits on.
It's the last weekend towards my 90 day targets so will have a push on the decluttering one see if I can get anywhere near the 1000 items. I've failed miserably on the payment one which is a shame.

At least on nursery days you can have a snooze for yourself when little Jwil is safely elsewhere. You need to make the most of these last days of rest before number two comes along.
You have done an amazing job selling things and you've done your best with the payments, it can't always work out and this is an expensive time of year, let's face it.
Our tree won't go up until the weekend before Christmas. I love Christmas but I don't need 5 or 6 weeks of it. I haven't done a lot of shopping yet either - now all the kids are older it's harder to know what to get really. I'm also not much in the mood yet which is weird because this year there is no guilt attached, I have the money saved.
Christmas was so much more fun when the children were small - Jwil, you have all those happy exciting Christmasses ahead of you, with the kids soooo excited on Christmas Eve, hanging up their stockings with their happy smiling faces looking forward to the morning - awwww they were such good times, enjoy them all, Jwil. :xmastree::xmassmile
And remember to put your feet up while you have the chance. When is the baby due again, I've lost track?0 -
