Has anyone recently had any luck getting a refund from this company. So far they have sent me the standard reply which everyone seems to be getting but they will not provide a refund.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!0 -
Contact EE customer support again. They have recently promised Ofcom that they will stop misinforming customers and handle the complaints themselves.
There's a lot of information on mobitransscam.wordpress.com and twitter.com/mobitransscam
Essentially this was a backroom deal between EE and Mobitrans to provide added-value services, only EE didn't bother checking up up Mobitrans's operations and they turned out to be bad guys. After a year of denying it all, EE have axed the deal and are trying to wash their hands of it. But despite holding their hands up to the regulator they're still denying it publicly.
Pretty shoddy behaviour by a supposedly reputable company like EE.
