Probably by googling for the phrase "only 6 types of".
Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Point them to https://www.AtaLoss.org which does for bereavement support what MSE does for financial services, providing links to support organisations relevant to the circumstances of the loss & the local area. (Link permitted by forum team)
Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.

If PN is too scared to put the hood fan on and leave the house to go outside and listen for it, then I shudder to think what she'll make of the idea of going outside while the hood fan is not only on but sucking steam from a boiling saucepan!:eek::eek:

Ah, but she said she can see the airbrick from the kitchen window, so hopefully wouldn't have to go outside, just look for the steam coming out.

Dog owners, there's a grooming tool coming up tomorrow in the lightning deals. No idea whether it's good or not, but over 1000 5 star reviews sounds like it might be:

    I've been Money Tipped!
Nominally we are watching Thor. I have decided now it feels like a very long film for the minutes and story.

Its quite effective....but I don't use it any more. Not since I removed all of big dogs top coat and left her undercoat. A she became effectively single coated. ( this is not how its meant to work, but it became quite tunnel visioned about it and just kept going) Ruined it for ages. Put the pile of hair was amazing, and she didn't fine it uncomfortable.

Occasionally use it early in spring for helping moulting horses, before summer coat comes through, too late and I find it damages coat a little.

    Of course :D

But I was rather enjoying the idea of that being a random fact anyone would just have in the recesses of their mind, ready for a random question

This may work: up, down, strange, charm, bottom, and top

    I like it though.

Not thought too much about the commute, it'll be likely I'll be getting the train.

Turned out to be a bit of a flying visit to Herts in the end. Hopefully I'll be able to spend much more time there in future :)
