Webcam and CCleaner don't need to be running either. You can also uninstall RelevantKnowledge from TMRG, Inc., Trusteer, McAfee, Radiorage, BT Toolbar, BT Desktop, Norton PC Checker , ImgBurn(for what do you use it?), Hijack This, Foxtab FLV Player, Convert Helper, Windows Live Mesh, Photo Service...
There is just way too much crud

Not sure where I'm unistalling the above from? What's TMRG?

Below is a recent screenshot from Programs and Features!

You can use Media Player Classic - Home Cinema if there is something that Windows Media Player won't. Though VLC Player may prove more versatile for your usage. But during installation, untick the File Association box.

Oops... thanks espresso that's Rapport uninstalled now. What did you think of those screenshots NiftyDigits, is those processes (73) in task manager still too many?

You should decide as to whether you need all of those programs installed?
Have you created your Recovery Discs? Do so.

Have you ever used any of the NERO programs? Which of the Toshiba programs have you utilised? Skype Click to Call? MobileMe? Advertising Centre? eBay?

On The C drive is the downloads folder empty? if not that maybe where most of your vids are. Also dont forget to move music if you have that on the C drive aswell.

Never use Nero now and hardly use any Toshiba programs so might uninstall them. Do use Ebay/Skype and haven't a clue what MobileMe is.

No I haven't done any Recovery Discs. Is it easy to do? I really do need to back up all those photos/videos on D: drive and I'm sure other things too! :o
